Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Work closely with Management and other Department heads
Supervise the Marketing Assistant
Summary:
To position the products / services in the market and make the presence felt through effective marketing.
Job Description:
Perform tasks such as but not limited to
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Obtain and process information required to provide services
- Plan, organize and direct daily marketing operations
- Establish and implement marketing policies and procedures
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Advise senior management on strategies, plans and market potential
- Evaluate markets
- Conduct site visits
- Manage the company’s website
- Plan and control budget & expenditures
- Train, guide, coach and supervise new team members / assistant.
- Conducts, or assists in market research activities to identify targeted markets and to identify the appropriate media for distribution of promotional information.
- Analyze data for all marketing and sales activities.
- Coordinates the designing, writing, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program guides.
- Develops advertising campaigns for various media; may design layouts and prepare copy.
- Provides support for promotional special events
- Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies
- Coordinate and communicate with Microsoft Corporation
- Maintain list of all e-advertisement links and passwords.
- Develop, design and update new courses as per market trend and schedule
- Maintain the list of all partners and renew membership of Strategic Alliance partners and professional associations.
- Responsible for submitting the Request For Purpose (RFP) and Vendor On Record (VOR) on time

- Certifications desired – CBAP – IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional designation
- PMP PMI Project Management Professional designation
Experience:
- Experience working in corporate office
- Experience with Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Public relations, Market research, Media relations, Communication, E-commerce
