Job Title: Business Development Manager

Drive revenue growth by generating 25% more leads and win 10 new corporate accounts.
Job Description:
Perform tasks such as but not limited to
- Research IT training market in Canada & US.
- Study competition and update BU Manager quarterly.
- Assist GM in strategic marketing initiatives.
- Identify growth areas, niches to focus resources.
- Ownership of website and its regular update
- Follow and selectively adopt Microsoft’s marketing recommendations.
- Analyze plan vs performance and take quick corrective steps to fill gaps.
- Select promotional channels and use them effectively.
- Plan, design and run advertising campaigns, take ownership for $ spent.
- Prepare marketing budget and get approved from BU Manager.
- Identify new products, services to introduce and current ones to retire.
- Watch for new RFPs and selectively respond through on time quotes.
- Develop promotional materials, events.
- Research upcoming industry events, trade shows, seminars to participate.
- Prepare and maintain well organized data base of current and prospective customers contacts.
- Organize all marketing documentation and control authorized access to it.

Education:
- A university degree or community college diploma in marketing
